Current Read: Cooking for Mr. Latte

I enjoy reading about food. I especially enjoy it because I have a short attention span and get bored with subjects. reading about food is short, sweet and inspiring. Cooking for Mr. latte may seem a bit silly but it eases me to sleep. A few pages of good writing followed by a recipe from a memorable meal and im happily ready for bed. I mean shes a food critic, how fun is that? The best thing about this kind of read is that I can read this book over and over again. Food never gets boring and Ill never remember all the recipes or food banter. Amanda Hesser writes a chapter about eating alone where she accounts of a great meal at Pearl Oyster bar in NYC. Ceasar Salad with English muffin croutons. de lish! Today, I log into NY times and find the very restaurant filling suit. you see my silly reads are very pertinent to today's culinary news.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog today! So I foud a new dress and emailed Allie at Chic and she is stylig it for me!

We'll see what she comes up with for shoes etc.

I really like your blog- alot!

I read Cooking for Mr Latte on my honeymoon- we chartered a sailboat with a cook and captain- they were engaged and we became great friends- I gave the book to her after I read it on the boat and she in turn made us a honeymoon cookbook of all of the things she made.

I need to purchase a copy for myself again as I really enjoyed it and loved the stories of her travels and the corresponding recipes.

Cheers!
